BURLINGTON CAFE/DRIVE THRU at 1960 Marketplace Drive is seeking kind, outgoing, energetic, dependable, reliable, trusting and driven Team Members to join and represent our award winning Company and Team, with awards recognized in Best Coffee, Best Barista, Best Customer Service, Best Quality, Best Employer and Recognized in Community Involvement.

Must have weekend availability.

Currently looking to fill Shifts that start by 1pm.

Barista experience is great, but not required.

Paid training provided with our talented, detailed oriented, on site Barista Trainer and Training Program. Our training program is crafted to provide you all the tools to practice, guide and set you up for success.

Must be able to offer and excel in outstanding customer service.

Prepare drinks and work efficiently in fast paced environment, while providing excellent and genuine guest service.

Demonstrate proficiency in cash handling/POS comprehension.

Ability to multitask and time manage.

Successfully obtain current Washington State Food Handlers Permit.

Ability to stand for extended periods. Typical shifts range 6-7 hours in length.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Successfully complete the paid onsite training comprehension and evaluation in conclusion of initial training with onsite Trainer.

Follow company policies and expectations.

Provide references upon request.

$16.28-$16.78 take home tips daily
